There will be noise coupling between the signals. But shouldn't be an
issue if the signals are used at different times. For instance, you
don't drive and charge at the same time.
The BMS wiring is another matter. Many BMS designs seriously
underestimate how noisy an EV's motor, controller, and charger can be. I
wouldn't put your BMS wiring in the same conduct
