Others have mentioned the noise issue.

Another issue is heat derating of current-carrying capacity.

Electrical code requires that you derate the current-carrying capacity of 
conductors that are in the same conduit.

Since your traction and charging currents will never happen simultaneously, it 
shouldn't be a problem.

Another potential issue is shorting, whether by external fire, internal heat, 
or abrasion. I'd be tempted to run two conduits, one with the low side cables, 
and the other with the high side cables.
