Others have mentioned the noise issue. Another issue is heat derating of current-carrying capacity. Electrical code requires that you derate the current-carrying capacity of conductors that are in the same conduit. Since your traction and charging currents will never happen simultaneously, it shouldn't be a problem. Another potential issue is shorting, whether by external fire, internal heat, or abrasion.
