Here is a tester that a guy built to determine the ah of a Li Ion cell. These Leaf cells new are 33.3 ah each.
Just type in your search engine- Li-Ion Battery Capacity Test - Lithium Power Tester If you search through the related sites, you may fine one that can test a battery pack, but it will not tell which cell is bad. Only a BMS such as the Orian.com can which has a indication circuit for each cell plus a battery AH display like the Link 10 has.
