Don't try that in Washington on the freeway and expect to not be pulled
over. While it isn't posted on the freeway it is in the traffic code. On
I-5 where the speed limit is 70mph for cars and 60mph for trucks the
minimum speed is 45mph. I have been clocked by the state patrol when I have
driven my Gizmo on the freeway. It does 50mph at full throttle on the level
so I have very little margin from getting pulled over.

In Washington and Oregon if you are driving under the speed limit and have
5 or more vehicles behind you, you are legally obligated to pull over and
let them pass.
