Hahaha, That is my experience in Seattle as well.

Utah has similar speed limits as Idaho, with similar 5-10 over. Posted
limits are up to 70 on highways, and 65, 70, 75 & 80 on the freeways.

Though not required, I find many trucks going 75 in the 80 zone across the
salt flats. Seeing more and more EVs on Utah streets. It makes me happy.
