Well, she's right, from a very general perspective. But the information we have from the original article is so minimal that we can only guess. What kind of forest - young trees, mature ? What is desirable about that location ? Why aren't there other locations with underused buildings that could be redeveloped ? Do the Germans want a giga factory ?
