I need to understand the settings for charging a Bolt EV. My son's workplace in Alaska says he cannot plugin his Bolt EV to the dedicated 120v oiutlets provided in every parking spot because EV charging is not authorized.
But what about battey heating? When every other employee gets to maintain a block heater, he shoud be able to maintain his battery temperature. Is there a setting in the Bolt to set battery warming but NOT charging while plugged into 120v?
