Just to add to the conversation, I have tried this for several different holds for several different patrons (some holds that existed before enabling the settings, and some placed after enabling the setting) and I'm getting the "0" holds message for every patron I look at. Is there a script that needs to enabled or a time lag before the holds should show up or anything like that?
