Its a bit scattered, unfortunately. Search the everything list archive using the terms "uncomputable", "randomness" or "random oracle". You will find bits and pieces on this. Posters are typically Bruno, Stathis and myself. I have a bit of stuff in my book on randomness (in the Evolution chapter, and in the Consiouness chapter), but don't make a big deal out of this. It is still all somewhat debatable.
