Oh, I'd also like to guess that if O(x) means that x is an omniscient device or oracle that the implications go this way:
O(x) ==> R([x]) AND O(x) ==> S(x). The second one should be easy to prove while the first, for me, is less obvious and possibly false. Let's suppose that has any bearing on truth. Then the new implications are this: O(x) ==> R([x]) ==> C(x) <== S(x) <== O(x). (Graphically, this is a cycle.)
