There are 4 fundamental forces in nature and the "Coulomb force" is not one
of them, electrostatics is just a small part of electromagnetism, and the
most boring part.

And we know that electromagnetism exists because without light we couldn't
even see the comb or our hair.

That is incorrect. We can see that the small comb doesn't explode with the
force of a midsized nuclear bomb, and our hair doesn't explode either, so
we know a force stronger than electromagnetism must exists.
