The prisoner dilemma is necessarily solved through ethics. In Archo-Capitalism, the prisoner dilemma is solved by market efficiency + rational self interest: there is simply a higher reward in cooperating that defecting. Unfortunately, I think the required level of individual rationality also does not yet exist.
