But the only explanation why the square gives the results we get at the place we do the measurement needs to accept that the wave go through those places, and that is not the case with latitude and longitude lines. I can make the wave interfering.

Of course, the wave itself is not ontologically real, but it is physically real, or enough real to explain solid, liquid and gaz locally.
