Yes, this was, in part, Goedel's search for life after death (if you read the
biographies of him) and we have no evidence of a rotating spacetime-at least
not in the way that GR describes this,. However, there are things like isospins
of particles that may indicate a partially closed loop with spacetime (if I
understand the ARVIX papers-and I don't) that may indicate an identical effect
with a different cause than Goedel's explanation. Physicist Todd Bruning at
Princeon, has goofed around with an attempt at closed loop quantum message
sendings and receivings, but surely not for Goedel's secret passion. It still
is interesting though. Another magic tech would be Tipler Cylanders, or Van
Stockum cylanders, which kind of imitate the effects of ultrafast spining round
a blackhole, picking one's own timelike curve to 'fix things.'

To be sure, an attempt to construct a tipler cylander was not in the 2016
budget, for some, odd, reason? It takes all kinds I suppose? Hmmm!

First, that's a causal loop. Not all explanations are in terms of causes.

If a explanation doesn't *cause* a understanding then it's not an explanation.

Second, there's no evidence that time-like loops are possible.

In 1949 Godel found a

solution in General Relativity that allowed closed time-like loops (aka time
machines) but it only works if the universe is spinning and recent experimental
evidence says it's not. Good thing too because
causal loop

Third, there's a lot of information in the sense you use it, that was not
there at the big bang - so where did it come from?

I don't know but I do know that a high entropy object contains more
information than a low entropy object, so if the universe started out low
entropy and if it's overwhelmingly likely that entropy will increase with time
then it's
overwhelmingly likely

that information will too.
