The idea I have about those claimants and tests, is that some things

Just as with my previously stated question about testing the existence
of phenomenon called "romantic love". A lot of people claim it
happens. But can it be tested in a similar setup that supernatural was
being tested? Or any other setup. If not this, one can try to test for
existence of goodness.

If there is a clash between the claim and the laws of physics, then one can reformulate the claim as some sort of anomalous information transfer. So, if Cosmin is able to occasionally sense something using his 8th sense about persons in the vicinity, then that is information appearing in Cosmin's brain in a way that violates the laws of physics.

This sort of a thing can be tested using, say, 100 volunteers who will one by one enter in a room where Cosmin is present. Cosmin is blindfolded and he'll get some thoughts about the person, most of these thoughts can be wrong, but occasionally there might be something correct in there. After the person leaves the room, Cosmin writes down his experiences and the next day, it's person nr. 2 turn to enter the room with Cosmin.

After all persons have enetered the room, Cosmin gets biographies of all the 100 persons and he must then match the biographies with the number of the person based on his notes. If he has some doubts, he is allowed to call back a person and have a new session in the room.

The probability for Cosmin to get more than 6 correct by chance alone is about 8*10^(-5). So, Cosmin can be wrong most of the time, the information he gets through can be small random things that are hard to make an agreement on beforehand, and yet there exists an extremely powerful statistical test that can verify his claim.
