Isn’t that what Many Worlds says? The entangled particles are correlated
because they are in the same world. The mysterious instantaneous
interaction appears that way because of apparent randomness due to the
impossibility of the observer knowing which world he is in. The universe as
a whole is determined in every detail, and random choice of the observer in
measuring a particle is not really a random choice.
