I pretty much agree. You make a strong argument that you and I are
experiencing the same qualia, but I can make an equally strong
argument that they can't be the same qualia because if they were then
you and I would be the same person.
But they can be the same /kind/ of qualia, just as you being sad and me
being sad are the same kind of feeling. And we give them a name and
recognize their commonality by the behavior related to them. The error
arises in trying to make more of them than a name for this relation, to
try to make a qualia a kind of substance.

And that I think is a good indication that you're right, it is a
pseudo-problem, meaning a question that will never have an answer or
lead to anything productive.
