Spudboy and the medinuclear guy Ben would have things so that truth
comes from authority. This is the psychology of religion. This is a
paradox of sorts, for it God has truth because he conforms to it, this
means he is not totally free and all powerful. If God defined or
created truth then truth is not something valid in of itself. Religion
sets up the psychology that truth does emerge from authority and
power, and we should not be surprised to see that so many religious
people favor authoritarian personalities in power.
Everybody favors an authoritarian God...so long as He hates the same
people they do.
