More to the point...you don't need Windows 2003 AT ALL to run Exchange 2003. It will run quite nicely in an all Win2k environment.

I have a friend with a school system network. 18 locations, 8000 users and a lot of email. Budget is not much of an issue here. Exchange 2000 and a 2000 Domain. Can you have 2003 AD child domain in a 2K Domain. So he can then use 2003 Exchange as the front end server and pick up the spam filters and the better OWA? And still have the email boxes on the 2000 servers. Updating the 2000 Domain at this point is not an option. _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=&lang=english To unsubscribe send a blank email to %%email.unsub%% Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
