The user does exist, and can be seen within distribution lists that I have set up. When I type the user's alias in the send to field and have Outlook do a lookup for that address, it does find it. Most importantly, when I preview the GAL from the Exchange System Manager, her name is in the GAL, yet it doesn't show up for the end-user. This sounds like a permissions issue of sorts, but can someone give me a clue where to start on this? I haven't been able to detect any difference in this user's account from any other account (at least when looking at it within AD Users and Computers).
