See that's the thing, there are no disabled or deleted mailboxes in the store where I tried to move it to. The mailbox according to what the mailstore lists out is not even there.
The weird thing is that I can move that mailbox to any mailstore in the organization but not that particular mailstore that I originally tried to move it to. It should have a red X indicating that it is ready to be purged, if so right click it and select purge to blow it away. If you see the box, but there is no Red X check to make sure that you don't have a check in the "Do not permanently delete mailboxes..." on the Limits tab of your mailbox store.
