I've noticed that computers that users don't have administrator privileges
on don't seem to get infected with spyware.  It seems that this stuff can't
install itself if you don't have admin privs.  Is that not true?  I never
see "don't browse the web with admin privs" as a recommendation for spyware
prevention.
