THANK YOU ALL!!!!!

Doing the nslookup showed me that I had not updated dns on the right dns
server. Once I did and cleared the cache, my user now has email.

April, I don't know if you are familiar with nslookup, if not now is a very
good time to learn.

You should be able to go into nslookup and find out what your DNS server is
telling the clients. If the DNS server needs a reload and is still giving
out the old, incorrect IP address that could cause it. If the DNS server is
giving out the correct address then there is still something wrong at the
client level.

Here's a session with Windows nslookup, my comments have a ***

C:\bin\xevil>nslookup
Default Server: tasker.pffcu.org
Address: 200.1.1.57
*** tells you which DNS server is being queried

> server ccarc.pffcu.org
*** change the server
Default Server: ccarc.pffcu.org
Address: 200.1.1.24

> digby.pffcu.org
*** perform a lookup on the name "digby"
Server: ccarc.pffcu.org
Address: 200.1.1.24

Name: digby.pffcu.org
Address: 200.1.1.1
*** 200.1.1.1 is the address being handed out.
