Hello,

I was still getting these failures this morning, even after adding an X500
address to the Help Desk account:

______________________________________________

Sent: Wednesday, December 08, 2004 3:45 PM
To: Help Desk
Subject: Undeliverable:Unacknowledged LHM Priority 1 Call - HEAT
ID:00073512

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Unacknowledged LHM Priority 1 Call - HEAT ID:00073512
      Sent: 12/8/2004 3:45 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Help Desk on 12/8/2004 3:45 PM
The format of the e-mail address is incorrect. Check the
address, look up the recipient in the Address Book, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address.
            <ctms100.stldomain.ct.local #5.1.3>

So, I decided to copy all the messages out of the Help Desk account, delete
the mailbox, create a new mailbox, and put the messages all back. But now,
some folks can't even send email to the help desk anymore:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Help Desk on 12/9/2004 8:45 AM
The e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient
moved to a different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the
address. Check the address and try again. The MTS-ID of the original message
is:c=US;a= ;p=LCMS;l=CTMS100-041209144456Z-4137
            MSEXCH:MSExchangeMTA:STL:CTMS100

And, I'm having to reset all the permissions on all the many folders on the
Help Desk mailbox in Outlook because the permissions in AD aren't working
anymore.

What can I do to solve these two problems?

Many thanks.
