We primarily use Verizon, with a few T-Mobile users. Cingular/AT&T tech support told me that their network cannot support what my users are trying to do (Exchange ActiveSync, Goodlink), so we don't currently use them, except for a few telephone-only users. Verizon tech support is nothing to brag about, either.

It's great to have all my Outlook information in my mobile phone. And the voice-activated dialing right from your Outlook contact list with no training is superb. There are a few add-on programs you can buy for little $$ that make it look and feel more like Outlook, also. HOWEVER, the operating system (Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Edition) is buggy to the point of extreme frustration. I have to power-cycle the phone at least once a day just to keep it working.
