I'm not entirely clear here; >If outside users could relay through your mail

If outside users could relay through your mail server you'd be broadcasting enough spam to feed the entire population of Tahiti for the next hundred years. > When using her ISP's SMTP she is unable to send to us fcimail.org > > Now here's the million dollar question, this is NOT > consistent , she told me that there have been times when she > has been able to send to us, using prodigy's SMTP. > A lot of Mexican providers have a less-than stellar reputation as sources of spam. As a result, many mail servers and networks refuse to carry their traffic. Your other users in, say, Belgium, would not have this same problem. My recommendation would be to have the user VPN into your network and relay her mail outbound through your mail server. Her mail to the outside world will get through and she'll of course be able to get to your internal users. -- be - MOS When I was eight, I played Little League. I was on first; I stole third; I went straight across. Earlier that week, I learned that the shortest distance between two points was a direct line.
