We have ONE user who resides in Mexico, and uses prodigy as her ISP When using our own SMTP she can send ONLY to in internal users, if she tries to send to, lets say a hotmail address she gets cannot relay.
When using her ISP's SMTP she is unable to send to us fcimail.org Now here's the million dollar question, this is NOT consistent , she told me that there have been times when she has been able to send to us, using prodigy's SMTP. I don't think that it would be on my end, as we have other users all over the world that have no issues, could this be account related?
