I'm assuming that she dials (or DSLs, or cables) into her provider in
Mexico, then has her mail client set up to use your MX
(mail.familycareintl.org) as her SMTP server. If this is incorrect you
can ignore everything I've said.

If she's doing this, she's seen as an outside connection by the server.
You wouldn't want [EMAIL PROTECTED] to be able to send email out to
all and sundry through your mailserver, so she is blocked.
