We are looking to use ADC to connect exchange 5.5 to exchange 2003 soon
but
one of the guys here has heard there are repercussions of migrating this
way
as there are problems when you try to go exchange 2003 alone?

Apparently it was such a bad problem they had to go to
Microsoft......wow
that is bad.
