Exchange 2013 is an evolutionary improvement. Not a revolutionary improvement. (Well, Lync 2013 can now be integrated to search - for some companies that is HUGE.)

I was hoping they have improved it in EX2013 as claimed. We are now on EX2013 but I haven't gotten around to checking/testing eDiscovery yet. On Thu, Nov 13, 2014 at 6:56 PM, Michael B. I couldn't imagine sending everything to a single journal mailbox due to database load and size etc. So I was thinking of maybe using powershell to create a journaling MBX for each user with an associated rule. Journaling everything comes from the tippy top, so there's no real room for me to argue against it.
