+1 As we are still sorta-kinda testing Personal Archives, I can tell you that the search and discovery could be MUCH improved.

I couldn't imagine sending everything to a single journal mailbox due to database load and size etc. So I was thinking of maybe using powershell to create a journaling MBX for each user with an associated rule. Journaling everything comes from the tippy top, so there's no real room for me to argue against it.
