I have a user in our Virginia office who cannot get into his email. When
he tries to resolve his name, he gets the error message the Exchange
Address Book cannot resolve his name.  I've tried recreating his mailbox,
I've tried renaming his alias, nothing has worked.  I even tried to get
him to go through OWA to no avail.  I've connected to his PC via SMS and
recreated all the error messages he sees.

What else can I do??
