Thanks for all, I must say that after knowing so much facts I am not so shock.
The landlady decided to back off (to pay back deposits and give me some month's
time to move). After all, I need to find a new place (which my agency "Мой
Дом" mentioned to me by paying all over again)... ... Could anyone suggest some
good agency and will the market price be higher if I rent it later in August or
September?
