While discussing bad landlords, may I add some honey into a bitter motive. I am leaving a beautiful appartment near Universitet and Vorobievy Gory, two minutes walk from the park. Landlords are nice and fully adequate. It is a two room appartment nicely renovated, full of light, on the 6th floor of the big building of 1960-s. I rented for 52K rubles but they will, certainly, burgain, considering the crisis.
