I recommend you to look through cian.ru and to deal directly without any
agency from your side.
The agency takes money but usually they are responsible for nothing (Not
all but most of them). The most part of their job is telephone calls and
looking through cian.ru as well.

(which my agency "Мой Дом" mentioned to me by paying all over
again)...
... Could anyone suggest some good agency and will the market price be
