Don't forget to pick the max mailbox size up for postfix if that's what
you're using. By default it's set at 50 Megs, which roughly translates
to about 48 MB (because to postfix, 50*1024 should really be 51.2 megs.
And if you happen to be using procmail to deliver mail locally, don't
forget that it goes through postfix first so it will still obey that 50
Meg default setting.
