OT of sorts- can someone with more creativity than I explain some of the F1000 proposed rules? There is a big discussion of the flat bottom rules (1" deviation from the reference plane between the axles) but then an allowance of a diffuse behind the front wheels and ahead of the rear wheels. Is this allowed up to the 1" rule, a miswritten rule, or am I just not creative?
