hers my 2 cents, progressively slower lap times and progressively depreciating wallet buying combinations of crap trying to get it to work right, the only thing that doesnt progressively go wrong is the amount of time spent playing with it... you can waste days and get absolutely no where

I was talking with a friend here in Moose Snout, VT who races snowmobiles. He mentioned the use of progressively cut helixes for quicker upshifting and downshifting. Has anyone used this type of helix in their racing car? What are the pro's and con's? Thanks.
