Richard,

I found a loose clamp at a connection near a radiator
inlet that I've been blaming on the coolant loss. I
haven't pulled the head yet, so I can't completely
rule out a head gasket problem.

Yeah, with an EGT of 1080 I was surprised to find
aluminum deposits on the plug. I've only had the car a
few months, so I don't know when, if ever, the EGT
gauges haave been calibrated.
