It sounds like a Zink, in autoX they do understeer.  You'll want 1 to 1 1/2 
degrees camber in front and a little more rear brake bias.  I don't think 
castor will do much more than effect steering feel as there is little/no roll 
stiffness to be had so front is front and rear is rear (though somebody will 
likely disagree).
