A - It's not a matter of 'special', it's a matter of everything from that day forward. Sort of like the wheelbase issue. B - You won't know if it makes a difference until somebody tries it. Look at it this way, if it made no difference, why would you want to change? If you believe it will give a smoother, more controlled ride, then you already have your answer, don't you? If it won't, then it's a non-value-add change.
