I will be happy to be a sounding post for ideas, Joe, but I think it's important that the ideas a working group comes up with are perceived and known to have been internally generated. I don't want to give anyone the impression that I am forcing a solution on the class, so it's probably better that I not be a member of the group.

If/when a motor/drive-train working group is formed . . . a clear set of objectives will be documented and agreed upon to guide their work. The team will then provide their collective recommendations to the group via the site and the list for discussion and final vote before being submitted to CRB/BOD (if supported by majority).
