I put on that 3" Aaen aluminum muffler and the thing is now very quiet and pulls just as strong as ever. It has very little restriction and the alum body deadens sound much better than steel .. BTW it only weighs something like 3 lbs. I use a Hulings pipe which by itself is quite loud .. much worse than the Aaen pipes in that regard.
