Hi Art,

Just a quick bit on honesty here. We're not making any money at EFCN,
but we hope to one day. The good thing is that we're a real business
that spends money providing coverage to F500, attending races and
providing print and online coverage. We give back, and that's the key.

What I'm hoping to see the F500 community do is PARTNER with a media
company that supports it. We've published more F500 coverage EVERY
other magazine and website in the world combined. However, we need the
F500 family to support us to make it work. Right now, Mike Quandrini's
$75 classified for QRE as is the extent of it. So let's not talk about
me making money from F500.

F500 needs exposure outside its community to grow and we're here to
help. If you guys support our forums, it will help us grow as well. If
we grow, we can do more for F500, like supporting the FCM Challenge Cup
race that Jim Schultz is organizing.

Take care,

Rob Howden

Hey Ed, I appreciate your love of the eformularcars forum, but quite
frankly, that's your choice.

If you do not like receiving emails from this list, then unsubscribe.
Don't
become offensive to people that still appreciate this list and the work
that
Eric has done for years to support a group of people that, again quite
frankly, have more time here the you.

The forum is nice but it is a commercial venture that Rob uses to make
money
from. I'm not saying that is a bad thing, that's fine. He provides a
service
that some of us wish to use,........and others do not. I don't think you
have any call to tell people to use either based upon your own
prejudices.
Both venues are out there for use and that is how I hope it shall
remain.

Eric has been our source of communication for years without cost to us
and
I'm sure, at a very real cost to him in time and money. I, for one, do
not
like to see others try to hijack the F500 group to other communication
venues but certainly, where people go to read or communicate is their
individual choice.

Please take note of phrase "individual choice" Ed.
