Did you do those on a Bridgeport with a rotary table, or CNC?  I forgot
what you said you were doing.  I'm looking for a good reason to buy a
rotary table.  I made some really cheesey centers for a set of wheels
for my golf cart using some old somewhat round wheel shells.  Didn't
have anything good to cut it with, so I used a router with a circle
cutter jig.  Kind of scary spinning a 1/2" router bit in 1/2" aluminum
(in many multiple passes, of course).

If I remember right, my Kodiaks are only sealed with a silicone
adhesive.  The center mounts to the back side of the two shells, not
between them.  Use some goop to fill the radius left between the wheel
shells and smear / press it in with your finger.

Possible o-ring and sticky goo, more likely just sticky
goo. Not convinced o-ring adds much. If they leak with
just sealant it would be easy to machine a slot for
the o-ring.
