I just got off the phone with Q. He says the water has gone down and
they don't need boats to get around anymore.
Luckily, he still had one cell in stock from the bunch he bought last
year, and it's on the way to me tomorrow. So I should be able to make
Rose Cup this year. As far as the cost goes, I like ramen.
