No apologies needed for pointing out the obvious. It wouldn't be the first time I had a concept problem with this car... Unfortunately, it wasn't just the metal neck. But I can see that the foam still looks in good shape.

Fuelsafe made the fuel cells.  Real cost is closer to $1000 (sorry...)

There has been some discussion of repair, but a 1990 cell has done it's duty. You have to take the seat out and the metal surrounding the cell off. We have found that using a shop vac to collapse the fuel cell seems to simplify the process greatly. If you have to take it out, bring a beer. You will bleed. You will curse.
