I am not a TM teacher. So use your own mind. But I am a TMO grad. So here's my take:

I have had some private posts from TM-Teachers who teach outside the
TMO and also a lot of questions from TM-Teachers that want to teach,
but have some fear - if it is wrong or not.

------Right and wrong are thoughts.  Consider the meaning of this first line of the TMO Puja (Which also is the Govenor Technique): APAVITRAH PAVITRO VA SARVA VASTHAN GATOPI VA YAH SMARET PUNDARI-KAKSHAM SA BAHYA-BHYANTARAH SHUCHIH. (What does this line mean? What does it mean to you?)

"Will the students have
good experiences if I teach outside the TMO"

------TMO is a thought. Transcendence is the source, course, and goal of the TM technique.  Ask yourself, can the technique be taught outside of that?

"What about the Puja -
can I use the picture of Guru Dev".

----Who on Earth, or in Heaven can stop you?

Guilt about the money and all
sorts of things.

-----Guilts are thoughts. They come and go and change all the time.

I try to support the best I can.

-----Your best was not good enough. That doesn't make you bad, it just means that the Movement has gone on, but you're still here. And so are others who may also fail as far as the Movement goes.  Just be, just take it as it comes, just keep it simple.

It seems that a network of Independent TM-Teachers is growing in
Europe - not fast - but steady. I really hope that more and more TM-
Teachers will free themselves from the stressfull situation caused by
the TMO - and do what they most of all want - to initiate.

------It seems inevitable. What seems really inevitable is that TM Teachers will either teach or stop, but that the pool of non TMO teachers will grow with or without you. If you must teach then you will teach and noone on Earth or in Heaven shall stop you.
