Hey Rick, suppose that I'm not reposting Judy, but instead am merely
quoting what words of hers have impacted my mind and that I'm now
reacting to it by replying? Suppose I quote her entire private email?

Have I reposted her or quoted her? I challenge you to actually come
up with the wording for the rule that would be Godel-bulletproof.

Yeah, everyone here could intuitively know Judy and Edg have cooked up
this "Godel loop hole for getting around the 35 post rule," but you,
Rick, will have to stop anyone from quoting anyone if you're going to
form a rule that stops my quoting of Judy -- and this will limit the
freedom of dialog.

I think that Godel's loop hole is perfectly applicable here -- this is
not merely a cleverness but a law of logic that any rule can have a
loop hole by this "quoting method of Godel."

So I think you'll be hard pressed to sort out the "illegal quoting"
from the "legal quoting." In fact, Godel proved it.

Better idea: How about some of that good old Amma love?

How'zbout trusting Edg and Judy not to actually abuse this loop hole?
Judy has been the premier pruner here and kept all of us on topic
with a wickedly precise red pencil, and I do my highjinks, but neither
of us is trying to crash the system, cuz, well, our hearts are as good
as good can be donchaknow. Donchaknow? I mean, show me one example
of Judy flaming for flaming's sake like we've all seen from the actual
trolls here who are trying to pull chains and flooding the message
board with one word derisive replies.

And who here can say that Judy isn't actually improving Barry EVER SO
SLOWLY? Who else loves Barry this much? Relentlessness is a very
pure form of spirituality. I mean, wouldn't we all like to see Barry
actually be able to go toe to toe on an issue without doing his
typical, "Oh fuck you, this conversation bores me and you're
wrong."???? It took me so long to figure that out; I kept cutting him
a break for his self-serving disappearing act.

But no more.

His defense of his "mild form" of predation was the last straw for me.
When he harmed our community progress towards clarity by refusing to
sort out the difference between "degree and kind" regarding this
issue, it was simple cowardice -- not even a Mexican standoff. He may
think that "cheating at Monopoly by stealing from a another player's
wad" is not actual "robbery," but even a child would know that a theft
has occurred. Just so the ever-so-common use of the phrase "hit
that," is considered by Barry as a "not indicative of a predatory
intent," but everyone who's ever had a child knows drool when it's
dripped. If he's unwilling to inspect the impact of "minor sins" upon
his life, then who will want to have a conversation with him any more
than one would hire an accountant who said, "Oh, I don't care about
exactitude -- if I get within a few bucks of it, hey, I'm done."???

But to look you in the eye here, Rick, I'm telling you that if Judy's
got a big bucket of ice water to toss on another Barry delusion and
she's out of posts, I'll help her drench his ingenuities. Not that
she doesn't have the "alias" workaround or other methods, but just
because she's swishing a glowing sharp sword and I'm happy give her a
"short route" to additional posting privileges just to see her massive
whacks hewing the smarmy crust that Barry calls armor.

Edg
