This was several years before it began to be used on WPAs, however, so I'm not sure that promise really still applies. But the thing is in storage at the moment! Maybe someone who attended one of those WPAs can help you out. It might be important, however, to also have Vernon Katz's account of MMY's informal commentary on those later chapters, though. From what I've heard, it was as unlike the standard interpretations as MMY's commentary on the first six chapters. You might want to check MUM Press. It's just possible there are videotapes of his lectures at those courses.
